Headshot with Shoulders / Passport Photo Guidelines:
1. It must be an original digital image, not a scan or photo of a paper/hardcopy photo.
2. If you are cropping, do not crop too closely around your head. We are happy to crop your uncropped photo to the correct 2x2 dimension once we review your submission.
3. Try having someone take your photo from further back, and leave plenty of room around the head.
4. Face straight forward, ensure your shoulders are fully visible, and are square with the direction you are facing.
5. Remove glasses and do not place glasses on top of your head.
6. Keep a neutral expression. If you smile, no teeth showing, mouth closed, eyes should be clearly visible.
7. Be cognizant of shadows. There should be none present on your face or background.
8. The background should be plain white or off-white with no texture, lines, or environmental objects visible.
